She should be charged but Obama's lacky at the DOJ (Lynch) will never act independently and do the the right thing. Obstruction charges may be harder to prove but Hillary should definitely be brought up on charges for compromising classified documents (keeping them on her private server). But the only way any charges will be pressed is if Obama throws her under the bus.

Lois Lerner clearly obstructed justice, and so did others at the IRS who cooperated in destroying hard drives and erasing tape backups.

Hillary, by her own email, lied about Benghazi, which is a lie about foreign policy, and she told that lie to help a fellow Democrat win the 2012 election.
