Hillary swore to the State Department she had released all government emails during her time in office to them. The State Department has now determined she lied, you ask how? Other government workers have come forth with government email exchanges with Hillary that weren't among those she released.

The State Department has instructed former Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton go back to her Internet companies and try to recover email messages from any personal email accounts that she used during her time in government, saying it appears she didn’t turn over all of her documents.

In a letter to Clinton lawyer David E. Kendall, the department said it has become aware of messages Mrs. Clinton sent to other government officials while in office, but which she did not turn over as part of the more than 30,000 emails she did relinquish last December.

The FBI just seized 4 State Department servers to determine exactly who was sending Top Secret information from the secure government system to Hillary's private server kept in a bathroom of an apartment that didn't even have a security system. Sending classified information outside of a secure government system is a felony. In fact classified information could only be sent from certain government servers, not all of them. I've been saying all along it wasn't only Hillary who violated the law, every single person or agency that sent classified information to her private email is just as guilty. Hillary was operating her own government outside of the actual one, everyone involved should be held accountable including Obama who knew about our secret government using it's own private servers to escape oversight.

WASHINGTON — An employee of the computer company that maintained Hillary Rodham Clinton’s ­email server was questioned if he was part of a coverup, according to documents ­released Tuesday.

Hillary once again laughed off her use of a private email and server to conduct her classified government business on. She broke out in giggles when asked by Don Lemon last night if she felt the email mess was behind her and said "Hey I made a bone head mistake, in hindsight it would have been better to use the government email system, but hey I've turned over everything, it's old news, there's nothing there"

Hillary can't have it both ways. She wants to be President and claims she has the brains to do the job but plays completely dumb blond on exposing our top secrets by sending and receiving it over a private server. It was either gross negligence" in the safekeeping of national defense information or even worse, intentional.

Hillary again breaks into laughter when asked by another CNN reporter about her emails, this time with Jack Tapper

There's one statute which relates to proper handling of classified info. Hillary obviously broke it. But is she above the law?
