9/4/2015 - JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas -- Effective Sept. 2, Department of Defense-funded travel to Adana, Turkey (including Incirlik Air Base) for dependents has been suspended, and military and civilian dependents in the region are authorized to depart Turkey, announced Department of State and Department of Defense officials.

Military and civilian members with approved dependent travel who have not yet out-processed from their current duty station should contact their local military personnel section or civilian personnel section for guidance. Those with approved dependent travel who are already enroute to Turkey should contact their losing personnel sections, as well.

Turkey only tolerates our military because they rape American tax payers. Every piece of military equipment brought into Turkey is levied a heavy import tax on it, our government is paying their bribes to protect them and to try and buy their hearts and minds....which ain't happening.
