An illegal alien from Mexico who was deported last year is accused of fatally shooting and burning a Washington woman and her son.

Prudencio Fragos-Ramirez, 25, was arraigned on Monday and is being held on $1 million bail for the murders of 18-year-old Maria Cruiz-Calvillo and her 3-year-old son, Luis Lopez-Cruz, the Tri-City Herald reports.

The pair’s burned bodies were discovered in a remote area on Thursday. The two had gunshot wounds, but the boy was likely still alive when the car was set ablaze.

Obama has instructed the DOJ and ICE to ignore this nation's immigration laws. If Obama doesn't agree with our current law he should follow the proper process to get them changed, instead he just ignores the laws he doesn't agree with. As a result of Obama's actions criminals from other countries who should not be here, are now preying on Americas. Americans are actually dying as a result of Obama's refusal to follow our current laws.

Obama has had to fend off lawsuits from his own ICE agents for his refusal to fully enforce existing immigration law and continues to find new ways to skirt the immigration laws through executive action.
