Lawful black citizens are demanding action by their Mayors because they're tired of seeing their children slaughtered, at the same time they're calling for lynching of police who touch black young'uns. Mayors hear their demands and are calling on police to leave blacks alone or face criminal charges but to be proactive and stop the killings of blacks by other blacks or else they'll lose their jobs. Police are parking their cars eating donuts reading comics and telling the mayors, "once you fucks make up your minds let us know", in the mean time I have a family to feed and want to stay alive, so fuck off.

All hell is going to break lose in the inner cities once the weather warms, of course all of this is orchestrated and organized by the greatest community organizer of them all. Obama's plan is, racial uprisings, thug uprisings, riots, local LEO ineffective, Jade Helm 15 just "HAPPENS" to start when all the above in full swing. Marital Law now in effect to save lives, the DOJ swoops in and brings all police departments under Federal rules, Obama is now the king. One more step of his Agenda achieved. Obama promised to build a civilian national security force with law enforcement authority just as strong and just as well funded as our military.
