There are many videos of Panetta admitting that he told the White House on the evening of 9/11/12 that it was, as he said, "an attack by terrorists."
And there's other evidence the W House/State knew even before the fact that terrorism was involved.
Hillary had other concerns, and she obviously never cared about Benghazi or anything other than using the Clinton Foundation to extract bribes from foreign lands.
Obama lied about Benghazi because he had a big election coming up. His first term was a disaster of bad economics and race-baiting, so he couldn't afford to admit Benghazi was terrorism because his campaign theme was that terrorism was, as he said, "on the run" because bin Laden was dead.
So that's why they let 4 brave men die in Benghazi and then lied about it.
