I haven't been in another country except Canada and Mexico since 9/11. The last time I went to Europe and Asia the country made sure they knew who was in their country and when I was to leave. It would never cross my mind to overstay my visit as the penalties were harsh.

This is not something we should get all political about. I'm sure that people are going to die because of this. If that happens, who is going to stand up and take the blame (although that would just be more words.) It doesn't do any good anymore to write to Congress as you just get a form letter back thanking you for your support. We need to take the same action the blacks are doing, protest. In France the pols are terrified that the people will go to the streets over an issue. We should make it so here. Neither do I, why should we be forced to reform our laws just because there are 12 million illegals refusing to abide by our current immigration laws? Obama controls the Border Control and DHS not Congress, Obama threw his Czars are refusing to allow those agencies to enforce our immigration laws, not Congress. Liberals call changing our laws to allow illegals to remain here "immigration reform" as if that would be good thing.
