In the Dept of "Justice," the new legal standard is that white cops are presumed guilty until proven innocent.

The charges in Maryland came from a 34-year-old black female with 6 months of experience, and she worked with the race-baiters at "Justice" to come up with absurd charges like second degree murder.

Funny as hell today, the Baltimore black thug was caring the gun that went off not hitting anyone and blacks have come forward saying they actually saw the police shoot him in the back... that was until it was learned no one was shoot and the only person to fire a gun was the bad guy who was arrested without injuries. :lol: :lol: :lol:
