White House spokesman Josh Earnest on Thursday explained that Hillary Clinton was asked by the White House to use official government email and to disclose all donors to the Clinton Foundation while serving as Secretary of State. "As more comes out in the media, we have found she didn't completely comply with either request. As to why she didn't comply, you'll have to ask her."

For over four years, the Dept of State knew very well it couldn't comply with Freedom of Info Act requests relating to Hillary.

When denying them, it covered up the fact that Hillary was using private email.

The White House knew very well Hillary was using private email, but it as well did nothing.
