Build small nuclear power planets at key locations to power much needed desalination operations for California's future water needs.

It may now be too late to prevent mother nature from reclaiming California as a desert... but I'll offer my advise one last time.

Clown please spare us your anus obsession on this one, it's a real issue for all of America as California provides us with most of our fruits.
