The real crime was releasing terrorists to kill again under the guise of trying to get a war hero released. There was a reason Obama wanted to those top 5 terrorists set lose, it keeps his war on America going, he used Bergdahl as a lame excuse to set them free. Obama chose Bergdahl because he was a traitor, Obama's kind of soldier.

Another stunning humiliation for the jug eared communist community organizer. After holding a Rose Garden ceremony and blathering on about Bergdahl's "honorable service" he's about to be reduced in rank, stripped of all pay and benefits, dishonorably discharged and thrown in prison. AFTER a platoon of his former comrades testify about his desertion and the deaths of those who searched for him.

If it had happened in a declared war, under the UCMJ, he could be hanged for his crimes.
