AP reported Stephen F. Hayes found that both of Hillary Clinton's top two aides, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, both used personal emails exclusively while working for the secretary of state at the State Department. It's also been determined Obama was not telling the truth when he said he was not aware of Clinton’s exclusive use of a private email address until the New York Times report last week. AP sources have disclosed that in 2010, Obama personally questioned Hillary's use of a private email account but backed off when it was pointed out that Valerie Jarrett, a senior White House adviser also exclusively used a private email address.

So the AP is requesting to gain access to public records. Journalists make thousands of requests every year to access public records. Is that anything new?

I don't know...is there a "smoking gun" on the server?

What is new is that the records act was violated.

Will the Dept of Injustice pursue Hillary for that? Well, obviously not.

But imagine the precedent. The next Sec of State could be a Repub, and Dems like little Elkin would be wild with rage if he concealed ALL email on a private, non-secure server.

What's new is that after five years of requesting to gain access, they are now using the court system to DEMAND the records. ;) The AP never had to file lawsuits against the Bush Administration, this is new.

Yeah let's go there. You provide lies that even if they were true wouldn't justify Hillary's criminal actions, hell yeah, let's go there!

Deception?

She's "fuck you" in your faces and, apparently, there ain't anything you can do about it except whine on this backwater BB as Forbes continues to flounce and preen in increasingly desperate need to get JustFreedManMe's ADHD attention.

Classic stuff. :D

Hillary said this week she limited her devices for "convenience."

But, in a Feb 24 interview, Hillary said she had an iPhone, a Blackberry, a pad device, and some other device, so she was dishonest in saying she limited devices for convenience.

Nixon got in trouble for an 18-minute gap.

This is much, much, much worse and what was at risk was American national security.
#55351
Indeed, that was the problem.

Hillary said her private system was not hacked into, but she doesn't know that and wouldn't know that.

Also, the form she had to sign -- under oath or affirmation -- was that she had, on signing, turned over all govt info and documents.

Instead, two years later, we learn she had a treasure trove of governmental info.

A Sec of State has to use classified material every day, so Hillary's claim that there was no classified info in her private email setup was absurd -- a very big lie.

If it had been anyone in the Government outside of Obama's cronies the FBI would have raided the location the server is located at and seized every computer and document in the place until it could all be reviewed for government emails and documents. Government classified emails are still sitting on a private server because our DOJ isn't doing it's job, they're to busy trying to stir up racial hatred and tying the hands of our police departments while insuring illegals aren't bothered.

Thus far, the State Dept has refused to say whether Hillary signed that 109 form.

If she did, and retained public info, she really did the same thing Petraeus did -- only worse.

Most likely, Hillary said she would sign the 109 but never did or the form has been "lost" like Lois Lerner's email.

Either way, Hillary and State have been very, very dishonest about this.

Hillary is using the same tactic she has used all her life, smirk at the allegations, call them a right wing conspiracy, ignore all requests for information then say she's Moving On. What a low bar to set for public employees.
#55566
Notice how carefully worded what the State Dept said was phrased.

There was "no record" found -- not it didn't happen.

If Hillary did sign the 109, who would trust Kerry, or Jen Psaki, or Marie Harf, not to simply trashcan it?

The IRS commissioner, after being asked by Congress for Lois Lerner's email, didn't even ask for tape backup. He didn't even try to respond honestly.

The State Dept, behind closed doors, is probably desperately figuring out what lies to tell about Hillary's email.

This is very sad because it didn't used to be the case that the IRS and the State Dept were simply unworthy of the trust of the American people.

I find it really hard to believe any of them including Hillary would delete or trashcan something Congress or the American public have a right to see. Hillary is very open person she just feels the 30,000 emails between and her husband should be private. 8-)
