Selma earns a Best Picture nomination but director Ava DuVernay doesn't? David Oyelowo was overlooked for a Best Actor nomination for his portrayal over Martin Luther King, Jr. in the movie? Plus confusing the matter for many, and causing people to cry foul in the diversity department, was seeing Bennett Miller nominated for Best Director a slot that should have been DuVernay's. There needs to be a DOJ investigation into this open hate decision by the old white crowd.

The real snub was to American Sniper, Americans voted with their pocket book and it out sold all those other movies together, Americans loved it 5 to 1 over the birdie movie, 10-1 over the black producer's racist movie. As one critic at the awards ceremony put it "If Clint Easton wasn't such a damn outspoken conservative, his movie would have taken most of the awards, but his politics keeps Hollywood from rewarding him by acknowledging his movie"

On the other hand, the only reason Selma was even mentioned is because it's the black's rewritten history demonstrating America is a racist nation and all blacks are gentle souls who have been abused and all they want to do is get along after they get their mules and 50 acres of land.

The magazine FORBES used to be interesting, and I subscribed. However, it went steadily downhill. To be fair, Steve Forbes has done some great interviews on finance with various movers and shakers, but the web site is cluttered with ads and popups and such.

I didn't watch the Oscars, you have to be a complete ninny to watch a show where a bunch of rich liberal morons wearing outfits costing more than the average America makes a year, stands up in front of a audience and proclaims how America sucks, is racist and about the injustice of pay inequality...as their chauffeurs sit in their limos waiting to drive them to their mansions where their Hispanic house maid (getting less than minimum wage) will open the door for them as they arrive home and ask them if they would like her to wake up the cook to make a snack for them. What assholes!
