The smartest hardest working students should be forced to work in the cafeteria and give part of their money to the lazy students so they can eat free and then the hardest working students should be forced to stay late to clean up after the lazy ones...that would prepare them for real life.
If that were to happen by the time those hard working students become old enough to vote, they would vote Republican. In time the lazy students would be forced to due their fair share.
