That's the way a community agitator works, first he acts like he made a carbon emission deal with China to push through his carbon tax agenda and before that can sink in to the American people he's orchestrating massive riots when the white police officer isn't indicted and during those riots he'll change our immigration laws without Congress and against the American public will. Then he'll step back and tell the American people he wants to work with Republicans but they block his efforts. What Obama has done will go right over Elk and Clown's heads as they ask why Republicans stand in Obama's way of getting things done.

Must be getting close, CNN said hotels in the whole surrounding area are booked up with "people" and groups coming in from out of State in prep for the decision. I'm betting there are several White House members there now doing what they do best "agitating" and stirring racial tensions. All as a deflection for the timing of the illegal immigration act to be put in place.
