China just spanked Obama and once again humiliated him in front of the world, he signed an agreement with China that we would immediately cut carbon emissions if China promises to peak their carbon emissions by 2030. The agreement means China has a huge incentive to pollute like crazy so that they're at a very high level by 2030, then if they're still not at the level they want by 2030 they just ignore the 16 year old agreement. In the mean time Obama his going increase our energy costs and competiveness in the world while China takes our market share.

Even German Chancellor Angela Merkel pointed out the agreement was counter productive since it gives China the incentive to rapidly increase carbon emissions of the next 15 years.

Obama promised we would immediately drastically start reducing carbon and energy use , China said we expect to peak in 2030 so we'll stay at our peak after we reach it. What deal?
