U.S., President Obama admits that “we don’t have a strategy yet” to combat ISIS. “I don’t want to put the cart before the horse,” the commander-in-chief said this week during a White House press briefing. “I think what I’ve seen in some of the news reports suggest that folks are getting a little further ahead of what we’re at than what we currently are.”
This is all Obama has to say after coming off a three week vacation... as he heads for a fund raiser then to a Wedding of one of his staff with a MSNBC news person then to Palm Springs CA for 3 days of relaxation and golf as Michelle visits Vail Colorado next week to plan their up coming 3 week vacation in Hawaii in December to escape all this Christian holiday bullshit neither of them celebrate. Their big concern is that all the Christmas decorations not be put up at the White House until their in Hawaii and they're all removed by the time they get back.
The New York Times. The one thing the president and his family do not do is attend Christmas church services.

“He has not gone to church hardly at all, as president,” said Gary Scott Smith, the author of “Faith and the Presidency: From George Washington to George W. Bush,” adding that it is “very unusual for a president not to attend” Christmas services.

Historically, watching the nation’s first family head to church dressed in their Sunday best, especially around the holiday season, was something of a ritual. Yet Mr. Obama’s faith is a more complicated, more private, and perhaps — religious and presidential historians say — a more inclusive affair.

Everything about Obama is secret, from his SAT score to his LSAT score to any courses he took to his relationship with Bill Ayers to his link to Frank Marshall Davis to his roomie at college who sold illegal drugs.

Anybody who dares to inquire is promptly called a racist.

Oh yeah, Obama's really in trouble now!

Really sounds like he's toast this time, doesn't it, RealTool?

And lay off the misleading titles already. I clicked in expecting to see a particularly long, dull post by johnforbes, but we only got a small dribble of nonsense from that clown. Hardly what I would call "ramblings".

So Clown tell us what Obama was trying to say!

Essentially, Obama was elected as an antiwar candidate.

He said Iraq was the "wrong" war and Afghanistan the right one, and that he knew how to handle both.

It is ironic, of course, but sad for the country that Obama was a completely unqualified socialist.

I'm sure Forbes remembers FDR's most famous "Fireside chat" in late May of 1944, wherein FDR assured the American people that the allied invasion of Europe was imminent and would take place at Normandy, not Calais, on the 4th, 5th or 6th of June and would be called operation "Overlord."

In hindsight, it was probably a good thing that the Germans nor other members of the Axis monitored American radio.

It seemed so preposterous that I had to take a look. While it's true that FDR was a shit sucking Donkey-Rat socialist scumbag 1% 'er, even he wouldn't let slip a secret such as that.

Yes Grog is once again drunk and raving. To think that the Axis powers would not be listening to U.S. radio broadcasts alone is idiotic, but this assertion comes from Grog so nothing is out of bounds. Remember, he once thought he had a shot with Tori.

Anyway, here is a list of FDR's fireside chats as gleaned from the FDR presidential library and museum. You see none of them are from May 1944:

Take a look for yourself: http://docs.fdrlibrary.marist.edu/firesi90.html

Let us remember that Grog is a Canuckistanian and is so, like his country, totally irrelevant on anything except maple syrup, effective snow shoes, failed seduction techniques, stylish yarmulkes (or, קאפעלע, if you ken the Hebe lingo) and the deleterious effects of swilling Molson over a long period of time.

Now, let us all envision the seductive sounds (Grog thinks inanimate fabric makes noise, all on their own. Imagine the level of cognitive deterioration THAT takes) of the crease of cotton, the seam of seersucker, the cuff of corduroy, the stitch of silk, as in the silk panties laying on the bedroom floor. A sight that Grog has never and will never behold. The best Grog could do was the skid marked set of cotton Jockey for Her that he talked Tori into sending him. But they have been long since worn to tatters from his marathon masturbation sessions.

Poor Grog.

Good lord. You actually researched that absurdity.

That has got to be the most priceless response on this board, ever.

I have a feeling even Forbes knows what I was doing, but you go right on with your fact checking, Insipid.

Beckett never waited out the overweening postings of Clownhicker.

As to 1944, I remember it well. That was the year I turned 50, on a misty, chilly morning in late October.

Those were the days, my friend.

Yeah. Some bullshit about working them down to being a "manageable threat".

How the hell do you "manage" the optimal number of beheadings?
#45694
Another thing that Obama said that is really weird is that we must "organize" Muslim countries. This coming from a former community organizer who agitated communities to rise up...which is exactly what ISIS is doing.
