" "There's no excuse for police to use excessive force against peaceful protests or to throw protesters in jail for lawfully exercising their First Amendment rights."Obama said in a statement from where he is vacationing in Massachusetts.
Obama just took a pause in his golf games and accused the police of using excessive force and arresting "peaceful" protestors for just exercising their First Amendment rights. There is only one reason Obama would do that, to stir hatred by throwing fuel on the fire. The New Black Panthers applauded Obama's remarks and promised there will be more joining their fight for justice even if that means breaking a few things.

What about the" Rights of Property Owners and citizens" to be safe in their Homes & Businesses ? What about the Children, who's schools were closed by rioters? Why must citizens be afraid to walk the streets of their own city?

If I had been told to get out of the street as a teenager, there would have been a distinct possibility that I might have smarted off. But, I wouldn’t have expected to be shot.

The outrage in Ferguson is understandable—though there is never an excuse for rioting or looting. There is a legitimate role for the police to keep the peace, but there should be a difference between a police response and a military response.

The images and scenes we continue to see in Ferguson resemble war more than traditional police action.

Yep, the innocent lamb was stopped by the police because he had just strong arm robbed a store clerk, when the officer arrived the little 6'4" 240lb lamb started beating the officer before he could get out of the car and was trying to take his gun, there is blood all over the officer's clothes because the little lamb was on top of him when he fired the first round. Oh and the witness going from one news program to the other saying the police officer chased the lamp down while he had his arms in the air and shot him, is being charged for being part of that strong armed robbery. Looks like Obama owes another beer summit for another white police officer he tried to hang based upon his racist bias.

So this latter day Rosa Parks was 6'4" and 300 pounds and stole from stores and pushed around smaller, older clerks?

Well, he certainly seems to be a hero of the Civil Rights Movement!

There's no way such a youthful, kind, gentle soul could ever possibly have resisted arrest or laid one of his tiny, noble fingers on the cop.

Yep, Reuters is using a picture provided by the parents of the little child when he was 14 years old that's being ran by many media sources. The picture they should be using is the last one of him alive, towering of a store clerk and robbing him.

Here's the pic of him at 14 the media is showing

Here's the last pics of his alive. No he's not the smaller guy in the photos

The cop didn't know the 6'4" kid and his pal had robbed the store.

But they knew.

Likely the cop asked the kid to move and he resisted.

Does that make it okay to shoot a person with hands up? Of course not, if that is what happened.

The videotape shows the deceased as a criminal thug, and the one "witness" was his pal and helped him rob the store, so his credibility is -- shall we say? -- shot.

I'm curious as to how a jay walking incident turned into a police shooting???
When the 6'4" 300lb jay walker tried to take the Officer gun from him. Simple enough for ya!
No...

He was shot while surrendering to police, not when struggling for the weapon.

The cop didn't know Brown had robbed the store.

But Brown did, and he likely showed the same violence he showed on the video.

Imagine being a cop of typical size and trying to defend yourself against 6'4" 292 pound 18-year-old.

Point being: This punk is a long way from Rosa Parks.

Here we go again...

Same old shit again...

And the character assassination begins.

Kind of interesting to see how the local police release video of a shoplifter at a convenience store, before they released the police report of the shooting...................

This dumb kid hurt his own reputation by robbing the store.

Race-baiters were casually saying Brown was slaughtered by white racist cops, so the cops merely showed that Brown was just another ghetto punk.

Ayrton Senna didn't crash any harder than the media attempt to portray "Big Mike" as a gentle person.

He had been arrested before, was 6'4" and 292 lbs, had robbed a store just before, and was walking in the middle of the street when told to move.

Obviously, he didn't, and it would be fascinating to see if anybody has a cell phone video of precisely what did occur afterward.

John Forbes is too feeble minded and stupid to realize how the local police are spinning the situation. Instead of coming within an earshot of an objective investigation, the cops instead released information to sully the reputation of the victim instead of releasing any damaging information about the conduct of one of its own cops. This pretty much makes a mockery of any type of objectivity and taints the jury pool.

What information have they released thats sullied the reputation of the victims? Sure they showed the assaulted store clerk's photo but I haven't seen anything on the other victim other than he's on administrative leave while it's under investigation.

Why do you think the police released a video of a shoplifter in particular? Who just happened to be the individual who was involved in the shooting.

EVENTHOUGH....the police chief himself undermined his own statement by saying that the cop was UNAWARE that the guy he stopped for jaywalking was involved in a shoplifting.

Proves the police are being very open with their investigation. By the way when you take something by force it's not mere shoplifting it's robbery a felony, there was also an assault on the clerk followed up by threats. It shows this man was violent just prior to attacking the police officer.

Well we now know the autopsy supports the police officer's version since Holder has order another autopsy conducted by "his man". Also Holder announced he has 40 FBI Agents in the town to insure "the civil rights of the black teenager are protected" He has officially announced he is conducting a one sided investigation. He proudly proclaimed his agent's have identified two eye witnesses who saw the "white officer" reach through his patrol car's window and grab the 'black teenager" by the neck pulling him into the car before shooting him.

Holder is brain dead as Obama, any person with an IQ above 80 wouldn't accept the witnesses' version as being credible. You don't reach through your car's window, grab a 6"4", 290lb man and pull him into the car. That officer must have some really long arms and that window on that car must be really big

If they are so open about the shooting, then where is incident report for the shooting?

They just released a police report that was unrelated to the shooting.....the police chief admits it............

What does Obama have to do with a suburban police shooting?

Out of the thousands of police shootings, how many end up in riots and DOJ investigations????

I suppose that you are not much of a 'right' brain person.

Whew, you boys certainly seem gloomy.

I was quite pleased to beat 3 "Jeopardy!" champions to any question, but it was really ludicrous for me to beat them on a physics one.

Trivia is certainly different from anything else. A person who is a trivia champ may well be a failure (or close to it) in real life.

For example, Clownsicker and Elkin are left trying to turn a 6'4" 300 lb criminal into some latter day Rosa Parks.
