There are many Americans that aren't stupid who have been following this, they don't need a judge to tell them the IRS abused their power and that the Democrats are trying to cover it up. The conviction for the Democrats will take place the first Monday in November in the voting booths.

No we still need fair trials, but they should all be rounded up and put behind bars until the trials convicting them are over.

Pay back will be a bitch after the elections. The Obama Administration have set a precedent giving the President and his staff new powers not confined by laws. The new President will not only have the new powers he'll have both the House and Senate to rubber stamp what ever new laws he wants and allow him to revoke those laws he doesn't, ie Obamacare. The corruption investigations into the Obama Administration will also begin, 83 year old Ruth Bader Ginsburg will have to step down, as it is now she can't find her way back from the bathroom, then Republicans will also have the Supreme Court.
