Obama had the guy picked up because he was constantly meeting with the media and bragging about the attack to the point he was disclosing information about the attack that Obama doesn't want out. You can bet Holdler will lawyer him up to keep him quite.

This is another huge Obama blunder, the guy is just one of over 100 terrorists who attacked Benghazi, his mistake was constantly bragging to the media and living in the open while do it, Obama was forced to shut him up. Now we'll not get anymore information from the guy, Holder's lawyer will insure of that.

As predicted the guy has been lawyered up by Obama and Holder.

The guy gave a statement saying he was innocent and only did the right thing and has never did anything wrong then invoked his Obama given rights to remain silent. Turns out his laptop was examined by Holder's team and the IRS but apparently it had crashed at some point and all emails and attack plans during the time period in question were accidently lost. ;)

Told ya! "Ahmed Abu Khattala I'm not guilty and my lawyers have advised me not to say anything."

This guy was bragging about the attack to anyone who wanted to listen to him, he was talking to so many reporters Obama had to shut him up. He's picked up and then briefed for two weeks by Holder's attorneys on what he should and should say, in other words say nothing, the American people don't need to know what happened. Obama silenced Khattala.

Khattala should have been killed on the scene of the attack by U.S. Forces that Obama refused to send in. Now we'll pay millions for a dog and pony show so Obama can say he did something.
A Libyan militia leader pleaded not guilty in a US federal court on Saturday to a terrorism charge in the 2012 attack on the US diplomatic compound in Benghazi that killed four Americans. Ahmed Abu Khattala was transferred to the US District Court in Washington on Saturday morning from a Navy warship where he had been held since his June 15 capture by US special operations forces in Libya. Khattala is represented by 4 attorneys contracted by the Department of Justice.

You don't arrest and bring to trial someone just because you believe in your heart that they are guilty. You build a case that will stand up in court. Without a ton of evidence the defendant will be found innocent and then you cannot try him again. This is what the US did; built the case before they jumped.

Obama ordered a drone to kill an American he felt in his heart was guilty, there was no trial.

There were sensitive diplomatic papers stewn on the floor weeks after the Benghazi attack. The FBI took more than two weeks to get there because the area was deemed unsafe.

The fellow "captured" was interviewed five times by journalists and was not even hiding. He claimed he was simply there to give medical help that night.
