Ultimately, though, it falls to shareholders to demand to vote, in advance, on exec compensation. As a stockholder myself, I find the present lack of meaningful opportunity to do so quite frustrating.

I don't want the govt setting exec compensation, though.

Yes under Obama the richer have gotten richer at a rate more so than under any other President, the middle class has decrease at a rate more so than any other President and the poor have gotten poorer...thank you Obama.
