I think the a diet of everything in moderation is key. Combined with physical activity and work. Just like our grandparents lived. My lovely wife has taught me that a more Mediterranean diet works best for me personally.

And I just love a big old cheeseburger or some fried chicken on occasion. I certainly don't get upset that they are selling them at the county fair, or cooking out for the holiday. GTG Have a great holiday Snake!
