We currently have the most corrupt administration ever running our government. Decisions are being made purely on political or personal financial gain reasons.
Now imagine a software program that makes decisions based upon laws and what's really good for the country, without regard to race, political agenda, or personal financial gain. The only challenge would be finding software developers and programmers who don't try and interrupt laws or program in their own biases. Sure you would have human involvement in insuring the software's recommendations are logical but unless those humans could clearly demonstrate "using factual" information why they believe the recommendations are wrong, they have to be followed.
A IRS software program would never target a person based upon their race or political leanings, it would do so based upon facts and laws. Imagine a liberal and a conservative being held to the same standards, that would scare the hell out of liberals
ANYTHING is better than the system we currently have.
