Bureau of Land Management agents assaulted a cancer victim, set a dog on a pregnant woman and tasered Ammon Bundy during a confrontation yesterday as the dispute between Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy, his supporters and the feds threatened to boil over. The Bundy family is currently under constant surveillance by around 200 armed federal agents in a military compound near the ranch. Authorities are enforcing a new law that forbids grazing rights under the justification of protecting an endangered desert tortoise.

The BLM is currently rounding up Cliven Bundy’s cattle to enforce a new regulation in order to protect an endangered desert tortoise after 600,000 acres of public land was reclassified as federal property to protect the desert tortoise. The land has been part of the Bundy ranch for over 100 years. Bundy and his supporters assert the move represents big government gone rogue and have vowed to take a stand.

Yesterday, 20 cowboys defied the federal blockade to round up around 30 head of cattle. They were confronted by BLM agents but the feds were outnumbered and had to back off.

A ludicrous ‘First Amendment Area’ set up by the BLM which was completely ignored by protesters and subsequently scorned by the Governor of Nevada was taken down yesterday.

“It took five minutes. They hooked a truck onto it, and bing, bang, boom the fence was gone,” Bunkerville resident Jim Olson told the Las Vegas Review Journal. “Of course the publicity has just been horrid, and they (BLM officials) are not handling it very well.”

“Wake up America," Logue said. "Look what our ancestors fought for and we need to stand up for that. We need to realize what’s happening. They are taking everything away from us. This isn’t only about one family. This is about everyone’s family. This is martial law and it’s in America and so what are you going to do to have it stay out of America?”


State lawmakers from Arizona to Washington are heading to Nevada to show support for the Bundy family as the story garners national attention. Numerous militia members under the banner of the Oath Keepers organization have also arrived on the scene, with many more to follow.

The Obama administration set up a fenced in area on the edge of the 600,000 acres and told those who want to exercise their First Amendment rights of free speech they had to go into the fenced in First Amendment containment Area to do so. This type of shit is actually happening in America today.

It's show down at the Bundy corral for Obama, it's going to get hot in that Nevada desert.

Treating Americans as if they're cattle is going to hurt the Democrats in Nov. Setting up fenced in first amendment holding areas in the middle of the desert goes to show the contempt they have for people who won't fall in line. Hitler did the same thing.

The United States Supreme Court found in Hague v. Committee for Industrial Organization that public streets and parks "have immemorially been held in trust for the use of the public and, time out of mind, have been used for purposes of assembly, communicating thoughts between citizens, and discussing public questions." In the later Thornhill v. Alabama case, the court found that picketing and marching in public areas is protected by the United States Constitution as free speech and shall not be impeded.

Only allowing free speech behind a small fenced in an area on a 600,000 acre piece of public desert land does indeed violate the Supreme Court's ruling in Hague V. Committee for Industrial Organization.

Told you this was going to cost Democrats seats in the next election. Turns out Harry Reid and his family stand to make millions on that 600,000 acres the Fed's just seized.

A public document dated 2012, disclosed that Harry Reid’s son, Rory Reid, was the chief representative for a Chinese energy firm planning to build a $5-billion solar plant on public land in Nevada.

Journalist Marcus Stern with Reuters also reported that Sen. Reid was heavily involved in the deal as well.

“[Reid] and his oldest son, Rory, are both involved in an effort by a Chinese energy giant, ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in the southern Nevada desert,” he wrote. “Reid has been one of the project’s most prominent advocates, helping recruit the company during a 2011 trip to China and applying his political muscle on behalf of the project in Nevada.”

“His son, a lawyer with a prominent Las Vegas firm that is representing ENN, helped it locate a 9,000-acre (3,600-hectare) desert site that it is buying well below appraised value from Clark County, where Rory Reid formerly chaired the county commission.”

VICTORY FOR FREEDOMS! Confronted with 1,000's of citizens who stormed to the scene and refused to be treated like cattle and confined to a fenced in 1st Amendment area, Obama has backed down, he ordered the operation to be stopped and all federal agencies to leave the area. This was a huge set back for Obama's agenda, plus Reid and his son can forget the Chinese contract to build a $50 billion solar panel operation there. Once it was exposed why the government wanted the land and confronted by brave citizens unwilling to kneel, Obama had no option but to retreat.

This is the turning point, now the movement must to be stepped up to stop the out of control greedy politicians drunk with power.

Hours after exposing Reid's investment plans for the land, the roaches scurried to their hiding places because the media was forced to turn the light on, but they will be back when the media goes back to sleep. Reid and his family got their fortunes by stealing from the people of Nevada for decades now, this scheme was stopped by citizens who refused to be silenced. Now is the time for the movement to occupy Reid's office demanding his resignation and prosecution for these crimes.
