National Security meeting on the crisis in Crimea and Ukraine was held today at the White House with the head of CIA, head of Joint Chiefs, and head of DOD among those present. Obama felt it not important to attend. Joe Biden was brief via video link. Joe was overheard asking," Where's this Ukraine anyway?"

Unsubstantiated rumors abound so I could be lying, that Obama wishes he had kept his mouth shut and can't wait for his term to end. Frankly, neither can I.

Putin said he talked to Obama today and told him to stay out of Russia's businesses, he also asked Obama to outline the costs he threatened Russia with, Putin said Obama had no response. I'd bet anything Obama asked Putin for a beer summit.
