I just don't understand it, raising taxes has been the solution to everything in California, look how smart their students are, their High School graduates may not be able to read above the 6th grade level or do basic math but they do understand that higher taxes and the liberal agenda is a good thing, that's all that matters.
I watched our local media interviewing young Californians at a mall concerning the drought. Almost to the kid they blamed greed, global warming, carbon pollution and lack of funding as the reason for the drought. There was one kid who said he blamed the lack of rain and snow pack for the drought, turns out he was an exchange student from Ireland, his brain hasn't been "conformed" yet by the public school system. You can bet those California High School kids are scratching their heads right about now wondering why they just don't raise taxes to buy more water to fix the drought. Sadly that really is the case.
