Carl Philip Herold and his domestic partner Charles Dunnavent have been arrested for holding a nine year old child captive, sexually torturing him and producing child pornography of the torture. Both have been charged with sexual torture, sodomy, aggravated child abuse and transmitting or exposing a person to a STD. The nine year old is Herold's son.

GLAAD spokesman Daryl Hannah "It is not our policy to engage in media statements concerning events such as these. A person of that age should not have been included in their private sexual activities but it's troubling the media is attempting to sensationalize what happened."
