Deputies found 5 guns in George Zimmerman's bag, search warrant reveals

Seminole County deputies found five guns and more than 100 rounds of ammunition in the home George Zimmerman shared with his girlfriend, where he was arrested last week, accused of domestic violence.

A search warrant made public Tuesday shows that Zimmerman had the weapon that his then-girlfriend said he had used to threaten her: a high-capacity, high-tech 12-gauge shotgun.

He also had a semi-automatic assault rifle and three handguns.

The 30-year-old Zimmerman was arrested Nov. 18, accused of aggravated assault, domestic-violence battery and criminal mischief.

His then-girlfriend, 27-year-old Samantha Scheibe, accuses him of pointing the shotgun at her after she asked him to move out. She told deputies he also used it to break a glass table, then shoved her out of the house and locked the door.

Zimmerman is free on $9,000 bail, living — once again — in hiding.

According to the search warrant, Zimmerman talked with deputies after he was taken into custody. He told them that he and Scheibe had lived together since Aug. 23 and that they had agreed to separate earlier during the day he was arrested.

Zimmerman said his plan was to move to Texas, according to the warrant.

He told deputies that, as he was packing, Scheibe began to throw his belongings around the house, including two of his guns, the shotgun and one of the handguns.

In a recorded phone call with a dispatcher, he said he had not pointed a gun at her. He told deputies in his face-to-face interview that he had not touched or pushed her.

The Sheriff's Office got the warrant, suspecting that Zimmerman had locked away the shotgun after the confrontation but before deputies unlocked the door and pushed their way inside.

Officers found the guns in a black, soft-sided case secured by a combination lock, according to the warrant.

The weapons inside were a KelTec 12-gauge shotgun, a pump-action high-tech, $1,200 self-defense weapon with more than double the capacity of conventional shotguns; the assault rifle; a .380-caliber handgun; a 9 mm handgun and a Glock 19 handgun.

Deputies also found more than 100 rounds of ammunition. The greatest quantity — 59 rounds — was for the rifle, according to the warrant.

His estranged wife, Shellie Zimmerman, in a recent television appearance with Katie Couric, said Zimmerman had become fascinated by guns.

His arrest last week followed a Lake Mary incident two months earlier when he was handcuffed by police — but later released — after his estranged wife and her father accused him of threatening them with a gun as they moved furniture out of the home the couple had shared.

And Obama wants to give 10 million more Hispanics citizenship! As a group Hispanics are better than blacks but as Zimmerman demonstrates not much better.

"As a group Hispanics are better than blacks but as Zimmerman demonstrates not much better."-RealTool

For months RealTool was here adamantly defending Zimmerman saying Zimmerman was a role model, a hero, and could do no wrong.
Look how fast the reactionaries turn on their tokens and reveal their true colors.

These clowns just can't hide their racism. It oozes out of them.

It took a court order to separate Zimmerman from his arsenal. That's the sorry state of gun regulations. How much more evidence is required to prove that this guy is an absolute loser and nutjob. And that he was the one who

I wonder what the jurors are thinking now?

How's this for irony ... George Zimmerman belongs in prison ... this, coming from one of the jurors in the Trayvon Martin case who kept him OUT of prison.

juror B29 -- who identifies herself as Maddy -- tells TMZ, she always had a bad feeling about Zimmerman, despite finding him not guilty of murdering Trayvon ... a verdict she begrudgingly reached through a strict interpretation of the law.

Now, she says Zimmerman's domestic violence arrest is proof he's not freedom-worthy ... "God is showing George's true side ... [George] is continuing to dig himself a bigger grave."

The juror believes Zimmerman will continue to commit violent acts until someone lays down the law ... telling us, "He NEEDS to do some type of time ... He thinks he is invincible

I have never said Zimmerman was a good person, but I did and I do defend what he did. If Zimmerman had attacked Trayvon and was bashing his head in to the concrete resulting in Trayvon shooting him, I would be defending Trayvon.

I don't play racist games like liberals do, when liberals hear of someone hurting another person they can't make up their mind if it was wrong or not until they learn the color of the skin of those involved. I call a spade a spade not matter what the color of their skin is.

If their were gangs of whites going around attacking innocent black people because of the color of their skin I would call them racist and call their actions wrong. That's the way I roll.

Besides everyone knows I'm an American born Hispanic but doesn't mean I blindly support illegal Hispanics or their gangs.

Zimmerman wanted to be a cop. That's a good thing.

Trayvon wanted to be a criminal. That's bad.

The media portrayed Trayvon as wonderful, while hiding his fighting and his drug use, his drug sales, his obscene and illiterate tweets, etc.

Zimmerman put a shotgun to an innocent woman, so now you want us to believe that Trayvon was responsible for precipitating a violent confrontation??

We may not know exactly what happened the night Martin was killed, but it is clear that Zimmerman is the kind of person who would easily go out of control and commit murder and then do a methodical coverup and justification. Zimmerman has proved that very clearly.

Zimmerman has proved that he does not have the necessary mental/emotional stability to have any weapons of any kind.

This has also proved the irrational dishonest nature of those who supported him regardless of the objective information that was available at the time.

Obviously, I don't want anybody to believe anything.

Every individual is free to select what he believes.

I wasn't in Florida the night Zimmerman shot Trayvon, so I don't know.

Neither do all the people who wanted to instantly assume Zimmerman was guilty of something even though there was no evidence.

Again to state the obvious, the more chaos there is in Zimmerman's life, the more questions are raised about him, but the media concealed all the salient details about Trayvon fighting, using drugs, selling drugs, being suspended from school, having a large screwdriver in his backpack, etc.

In summary, Trayvon was not Rosa Parks despite media efforts to portray him that way.

Everybody has gotten into fights, suspended from school, used drugs, carried nunchucks, fucked in an empty classroom, or other kinds of stupid shit. There is nothing new about that, because you can dig up all kinds of shit about anybody.

Turning the victim into a perp is also nothing new.

A guy has to be a complete loser to put a shotgun to a woman's head. Everybody knew Zimmerman was a nutjob, how much more proof do you need?

For the hopelessly bigoted like the little wannabe faux, there will never be enough evidence to understand the nature of Zimmerman. You can note one part in the faux needs the assumption that any negative comment about Zimmerman is the equivalent of lynching him in the court of public opinion. The case is really about the assumptions that are made in a "stand your group" case in determining guilt, the evidence that is disallowed, the criteria for determining guilt, the instructions to the jury.

Lawyers have already compromised the jury system by allowing judges to instruct juries that they MUST convict or not convict based solely on the instructions of the judge. Thereby subverting the basic purpose of a jury, making decisions that judges would not necessarily make. To go further and create a system where the criminal is not even tried by the preponderance of the relevant evidence, but rather by a carefully selected subset of the relevant evidence is a subversion of the justice system. That is the "stand your ground" law.

No, not everybody has been suspended from school.

No, not everybody keeps a burglary tool in his backpack.

No, not everybody uses and sells illegal drugs.

No, not everybody tweets illiterate, vulgar, dumb stuff.

Trayvon did all that.

Does that excuse Zimmerman if he had done what he was accused of? Of course not.

Based on the evidence, was Zimmerman guilty? No, and that's why the jury did what it did.

Meanwhile, genuine black-on-white crime occurs every day and is ignored by the media.

Trayvon did all that.
Trayvon also bragged of beating down crackers at school.

Zimmerman spared many people from becoming Trayvon's victims plus millions of tax dollars over his life time had he not been shot. Do I feel sorry Trayvon...not in the least. Do I think Zimmerman is a great guy...not in the least but the shooting of Trayvon is probably one of the few things Zimmerman has done right in his life, it was a just shooting.
