Well, first only 5% of Americans fall into the category of people who would go to Healthcare.gov to get insurance.
Then, in order to actually have trouble you would have to be one of the people who wants to sign up early. Still, it should work for them. So that's a failure.
But, there had to be a huge failure even before that to force them to go to Healthcare.gov.
They had to live in a state under Republican control where their state politicians actively and maliciously decided to screw them for purely political purposes to somehow advantage the Republican Party. Party over people. A decision to hurt President Obama and the Democratic Party politically at the expense of their own state residents. Completely consistent with the do nothing Republicans in the national government. Party over people.

So sad and so pathetic. A mark that the Republican leaders view themselves as non-substantive losers with nothing to offer. Well, other than harming the people for political gain.
