Not only did they restrict funding not allowing vetting of the system, they shut down the government right before the rollout. I'm not saying Republicans are the only ones at fault but they certainly set the rollout up for failure which is exactly what they wanted to do, their plan worked. The problem is now millions who want to get medical coverage can't get it and many of them will die while the Republicans continuing fighting and delaying the rollout.
I say the Republicans should stop their games, let the rollout proceed and give it 4 or 5 years to see if works as well as Obama has promised it will. What they're doing now is blocking millions from getting medical care because they don't want it to work.
