Continuing research for the possibly biggest payoff possible is a drop in the energy costs of the U.S., but then again, that payoff would kill the current energy producers business and solve both energy based pollution and climate change.

Bilbo anything that requires tax money to research isn't a good investment in resources, otherwise private investors would be doing it to make some money, so the only breakthroughs will be those receiving the funding announcing every once in awhile, they've made another breakthrough when continued funding is questioned. I assure you the breakthroughs they announce won't be that it works, only that they're getting closer, they just need a few more billion.

My usual premiums, as with 85% of all Americans. No change at all, as with 85% of all Americans.

There is an 85% chance that that anyone here will be totally unaffected. 15% chace that they will be eligible to apply for health insurance on the health care exchanges. A 4% chance that they will be eligible for some federal support for their payments.
