They prohibit what they consider peons from visiting the home the peons paid for. They'll arrest peons for visiting sites the peons paid for. They'll spend the peons money to block the peons from even taking photos of objects the peons built.

Our current Government actually believes the peons exists to keep them in power and fund their wants.
