They coulda hired some high schooler to put that web site together some afternoon before he went off to play "Grand Theft Auto."

What I don't understand is why we paid a Canadian firm $643 Million at a rate of "$2,200.00 a man hour" on a system they didn't even test before rolling it out. I suspect Van Jones has a few more million dollars in his bank account along with several other Obama cronies.
