Assad says it will happened when Israel has turned over their nuclear arsenal, plus Obama must stop supplying rebels with weapons. Once he is satisfied his terms has been met he will comply and turn over any chemical weapons he "may" have. Talk about an "oh fuck" for Obama lol:

The UN concluded today that the United States doesn't have any real proof Assad was involved in use of chemical weapons.

Germany says they have recordings of Assad telling his military leaders not to use chemical weapons when they asked for permission, they also have proof the rebels have used chemical weapons.

Putin demands the US stop trying to be the world's police force and to treat all people equal around the world.

Again today the Pope said he prayed that the United States will change it's wreckless course for the sake of mankind.

It's now clear neither the Senate or the House will support military action against Syria.

The media is starting to question the intelligence Obama and Kerry have provided.

One of leading sources for justification for attacking Syria and quoted by Kerry was just fired from her job for lying.

The Syrian rebels today say Obama has betrayed them.

Kerry's response today to all the news "this is no game"

Obama hasn't responded, he was last reported to be on the golf course.

WOW what a day!

They didn't have the votes in the Senate. And, of course, not in the House.

Bush Jr was called every name in the book for invading Iraq with a coalition, after long preparation, etc. Obama had none of those things, but wanted to charge ahead.

Obama and McCain both claim not attacking Syria will damage America's greatness. But look at how much strength America lost by invading Iraq, with no plan for victory, no universal domestic support, and no plan to leave.

Mr. Assad outlined his demands on Thursday, telling Russians that the arms-control proposal floated by his patron in Moscow would not be finalized until “we see the United States really wants stability in our region and stops threatening, striving to attack and also ceases arms deliveries to terrorists. Further I require that Israel dismantles it's nuclear arsenal, only then we can talk about turning over our chemical weapons.”
Obama's fake red line and Kerry's slip of the tongue allowed Putin and Assad to out them both as clueless, both Putin and Assad now have more power and influence than ever before while the Obama Administration has lost all credibility. ;)

Things just got worse for Obama. Kerry's Russian counterpart mocked him for talking too much during negotiations and not listening. He publically reminded Kerry that negotiations means you talk to each other, not give long drawn out speeches of tired talking points.
"They got off to a really bad start yesterday --- because Kerry in the opening remarks spoke at length --- and I mean at length --- compared to the few welcoming comments from the Russian counterpart," NBC News foreign correspondent Andrea Mitchell said on "Morning Joe "And then the Russian minister said at the end, very tartly, 'Sometimes diplomacy demands a moment of silence"

Holder, IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman, and Peter Lorenzetti, an in the IRS exempt division, participated in a May 2012 training session for ministers from the Conference of National Black Churches at the Capitol hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus.

Net effect, Holder and the IRS advised black ministers how to engage in 2012 politics, but still keep their tax-exempt status.

Abuse of the IRS was the second article which Nixon would have faced had he not resigned in 1974.

You can blame Kerry...you can blame Congress...you can blame the American people...but don't you dare blame Obama!....No sir !!
Obama is claiming his strategy worked despite lack of support by Congress who actually caused him setbacks that he overcame.
“My entire goal throughout this exercise is to make sure what happened on Aug. 21 does not happen again,” the president told Stephanopoulos of the large-scale chemical weapons attack outside Damascus that he said killed more than 1,400 civilians. Obama argued on “This Week” that the choices he’s made — including a renewed partnership with Putin — have already created a desired deterrent effect, making it less likely the Syrian government will again use chemical weapons in the short term. "I suspect strategist will study my tactics and attempt to replicate them in future international incidents. My only hope is that Congress doesn't take actions, or inactions that reverse what I've been able to accomplish. I have us on the right course to success but I can't do this alone, we'll see if others bring politics into this and try to disrupt my process, if that happens it's back to drawing board"

Assad and Putin have exposed Obama for what he is...he's back to playing golf while Michelle plans their Spain vacation next month. Assad is stronger than ever and Putin is now clearly the most powerful man on earth. Iran is telling Obama lets have a beer, we need another year to complete our nukes, thanks for playing the game, even Biden is scratching his hair plugs.
