The Judge In Zimmerman Case Pressured by Obama Administration? Speculation is raging that the judge in the George Zimmerman case could have been put under pressure by the Obama administration after she staged a bizarre outburst during which she interrogated Zimmerman while repeatedly silencing his lawyers. Respondents to the story at the National Review Online also expressed their view that Zimmerman was being railroaded.

“A fix is in from the administration to find Zimmerman guilty regardless of what it takes,” commented one.

“By demanding that Zimmerman respond to a question, after she has assured him that he has the right to remain silent, she is undermining his right to remain silent and making it appear as though he and his attorneys are not firm in their convictions. This judge is shameless,” added another.

Ever since President Barack Obama personally inserted himself into the controversy by declaring Trayvon Martin to be akin to the son he never had, higher-ups have constantly meddled in the case in an effort to secure a murder charge for a scenario that Zimmerman would not normally have even been arrested for under Florida’s Stand Your Ground law.

Indeed, ex-Sanford police chief Bill Lee told CNN yesterday that “he felt pressure from city officials to arrest Zimmerman to placate the public rather than as a matter of justice,” and that his investigation “provided no probable cause to arrest Zimmerman at the scene.” When Police Chief Lee refused to arrest Zimmerman the black city manager fired him. Holder personally brought in a prosecution crew to assist local prosecutors put together a case.

It also emerged this week that the federal government encouraged and funded last year’s protests demanding the arrest of Zimmerman via the Community Relations Service, a division of the Department of Justice. Documents obtained by Judicial Watch show that the CRS was “deployed to Sanford, FL, following the Trayvon Martin shooting to help organize and manage rallies and protests against George Zimmerman,” spending millions of dollars in the process.

The judge had an agenda, she wanted two things to happen, 1 was for Zimmerman to lose his cool and the second was to try and make it look like he has something to hide. The case was lost even though she blocked the defense from presenting evidence that should have been allowed plus she rushed the defense when it came their time to call witnesses by keeping them late at night and not allowing them time to review everything and prepare for the next day, this was a murder trial and she treated the defense like it was a speeding ticket trial. This all part of Obama's new world, he's using the justice system and other Government agencies to punish those who don't accept his agenda, he's already shredded the Constitution and contempt of Congress is now a badge of honor by Obama's goons.

Very strange case.

There is simply zero evidence to support the charge of murder 2.

All the evidence points to self-defense, which of course merely underscores the correctness of the decision not to charge Zimmerman in the first place.

Everyone who works for the government in the United States takes an oath to uphold the Constitution and the laws written pursuant to it.

In our system of government, we expect that Congress will write the laws, the courts will interpret them and the president will enforce them.

Indeed, the Constitution states that it is the president’s affirmative duty to enforce the law. That duty is not an abstract formulation. Rather, it means the president cannot decline to enforce laws with which he disagrees or whose enforcement might cause him or his political allies to lose popularity.

No modern president has picked and chosen which laws to enforce and which to ignore and which to rewrite to the extremes of President Obama. His radical rejection of the rule of law, which presents a clear and present danger to the freedom of us all, has had fatal consequences.


What we have is a runaway government, dismissive of the Constitution it has sworn to uphold, contemptuous of the law it is required to enforce and driven by its own values of maximum control and minimum personal freedom, as well as a judiciary so tangled in its own agenda that immeasurable human freedom will be destroyed. The Department of Justice's attempts to openly influence prosecution of George Zimmerman for nothing more than political reasons should send a chill up every American's spine.

Judicial Watch has obtained documents which prove that the Community Relations Service, a division of the Department of Justice, was sent to Sanford, Florida in late March 2012 “to help organize and manage rallies and protests against George Zimmerman“. This included spending an estimated 2 million dollars, arranging meetings between the NAACP, local prosecutors and local leaders, plus providing escorts and transportation for protesters. Holder himself met with the Martin family twice along with several other DOJ attorneys from DC.

Now what were you saying about the Federal Government not having involvement in this? :roll:
