That's as close of an admission as your going to get from Obama that "his team" was directly involved in the targeting and directing who would and would not be spied on by NSA. What we do know is that spying on Muslims was cut back (look at the Boston terrorists operating in open sight for years) while Obama's personal enemies (Constitution lovers) were targeted.

Some may ask why is Obama now admitting "his team" was directly involved in the NSA operations? It's because it's part of the leak and Obama wants to be able to say I had them there to control them, not direct them.
