It turns out that no groups were denied 501(c)4 exemptions.
It turns out that no groups were delayed in their operations by not having their 501(c)4 approval.
Mostly because no group is ever required to apply for or receive approval for 501(c)4 status.
You simply claim it and start operations, then like everyone else, you file your tax returns as required by law.
Not to mention, political groups should never be allowed to use the 501(c)4 exemption because they are NOT social welfare organizations, and because they ARE engaged in primarily political activities.
Just another false conservative storm in a teapot based on lies by false conservatives.
