Al Qaeda says it very simple and easy.It's simple.

"Go to America."

"Buy lots of guns in America."

"Kill lots of Americans."

"What are you waiting for?"

That is what Al Qaeda says terrorists should do. Why? Because it's easier to get high power, mass destructive weapons in American than any place else.

1. North Korea
2. Syria
3. Iran

And a private entity....
