Chelsea, 33, “lives in the neighborhood and found the building while out walking and decided to buy it.” Chelsea has primarily earned her $180 Million plus net worth as a "consultant" to businesses and Government agencies.

She's a genius which a master's degree in international relations from Oxford, she made her millions providing advice as an investment analyst at Avenue Capital Group. No one gave her anything, she earned every penny, if she was a conservative you would be patting her on the back for being so successful.

What no one is going to question my reasoning that the reason Chelsea is worth over $180 million at the ripe age of 33 is that she earned it through wise investing advice and hard work?

One most wonder why a Masters in international relations qualifies her to give Businesses and rich individuals investment advice that they would pay her millions for...it doesn't, the money they pay her is for insider information and "high level favors". For a $5 million investment to Chelsea they get a $50 million dollar return, it's a prime example of how corrupt our current Government is. If there was any justice in this Country she and everyone involved in the money making scheme would be behind bars.

Chelsea is a prime example of one of the bad 1% ers, but liberals give her a pass and go after the rich guy who earned his money by starting out his business 30 years ago working 80 hour weeks with no vacations. It's madding that liberals have no reasoning abilities.

Chelsea worked for Avenue Capital for only 3 years. The most she could have earned there would have been $185K a year with bonuses.
