So, Chicago, where it's already illegal to own a gun, will consider imposing even more strict laws on guns - yet, it's already illegal for these criminals to own/possess guns, so, failing to understand the problem, like most liberals/democrats/progressives, they will impose even harsher anti-gun laws - that are already proven to not be followed by criminals.

Kind of amazing that the liberals/progressives/democrats have nothing to say about a City that has failed to curtail violence, completely liberal/progressive/democrat controlled, and has the most restrictive anti-Gun laws in the country - failing to understand that criminals don't follow laws and that cops are not there to stop crime, just take reports about it.

Chicago feels more restrictions on law abiding citizens is the answer while they cuddle violent criminals.

Wearing his hat cocked to the right got an innocent 19-year-old Zion man killed early Sunday, Lake County prosecutors said today.Two witnesses provided information and identified Garcia and Rebollar-Verara, LaRue said. Police are searching for a third man who was with them, also flashing gang signs but remained on the curb, LaRue said.

Garcia has 30 previous arrests including six convictions for domestic battery, LaRue said. Rebollar-Verara has eight previous arrests, including two weapons convictions, he said.

So why wrere these asswipes allowed to run around free with guns? Chicago's solution is to ignore their crimes and focus on harassing law abiding citizens. Why no start raiding the homes and searching every thug with a felony record, then locking them up and throwing away the keys when they're found with guns. Leave the law abiding citizen the hell alone.
