Wow, he faces a single charge of Demerol! In Tampa that will probably get him at least 10 years. I would point at that the arrest is from a year ago, but honestly in FL that doesn't mean much.

Mark O'hara will be so pleased, he's the guy that Tampa nailed for possession of 58 Vicodin and gave him 25 years. They decided that the jury didn't need to know that he had a prescription for the Vicodin and that per his HMO he had to buy 90 day supplies of any drugs.
