So a male troop dating a female doesn't qualify but if he's dating a male they get the benefits.

Again, you've failed to address how spouses of same sex couples will be identified when most of them have no legal marriage proof.

Again, it would seem that if proof is not needed, then M/F couples, not married legally, should be able to get the same benefit - unless you're so intolerant that you don't believe that a M/F unmarried couple could have the same love as a gay unmarried couple?

The gay boyfriend will sue if he doesn't receive special benefits because it's as the is written gays' are to receive the benefits based upon nothing more than their word they're a couple. I think I've figured it out:

Unmarried Hetero Couples
Couple 1 - M/F (M being Service Member)
Couple 2 - M/F (F being Service Member)

So, they post ads on Craigslist and ask for others that need benefits, then Couple 1 F and Couple 2 F claim to be gay, and then Couple 1 M and Couple 2 M claim to be gay, then both dating couples can get free medical coverage for their claimed significant other.

While this would be completely dishonest, you know that some smart couples will figure this out and do it, and, because of the ill-thought-out gay bullshit, they will get away with it - but, if they get caught, only the Hetero Military members will be punished, even though the Gay unmarried couple isn't really any different as far as the law in concerned.

There have been absolutely no questions relevant to the qualifications of the candidate or any relevant to the position under question.
