No shit, today during testimony she said although the Tunisian judge ordered that he be freed, we have him under surveillance and are tracking his movenments and contacts. Talk about being a brain dead bureaucrat.

A Tunisian court has freed Ali Harzi, a key suspect in the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

US authorities initially sought Harzi's detention after they discovered that he had posted real-time information about the Benghazi attack online, The Daily Beast first reported.

Harzi was detained in Turkey and deported to Tunisia, where he had been held for months. The FBI was first granted access to Harzi for questioning in December.

Despite his reported role in the US Consulate attack, on Jan. 7 a Tunisian judge ordered that Harzi should be freed

because, based on the Obama history, he's not taking us to anyone we don't already know, and he's most likely one of the terrorists that Obama was funneling weapons to in order to destabilize the area, knowing that they would move the weapons to attack American troops as well as into Syria to overthrow that government - so that they could continue to install Hezbolah in leadership roles around the ME.

You just know the CIA and other agencies doing the surveillance are pissed off that Ms Clinton told the world they were secretly tracking Harzi's movements.

Had I been the Senator she was telling that to I would have stopped her and reminded her they she was providing classified information to the enemy concerning an ongoing covert operation and that by doing so not only was she ruining the mission she was also placing those conducting the operation in danger.
