7th Circuit upholds Gov. Walker's much-protested collective bargaining legislation.
"The district court invalidated Act 10's recertification and payroll deduction provisions, but upheld the statute's limitation on collective bargaining. We now uphold Act 10 in its entirety."

Voting to uphold the law in its entirety were Judges Joel M. Flaum and William J. ****. Flaum wrote the opinion.

Judge David F. Hamilton dissented in part, saying he believed part of the collective bargaining law violated the First Amendment. Hamilton argued the state could not bar some unions from having their dues deducted from paychecks while it allowed police and fire unions to do so.

The legislation was a very progressive and bold move by Walker, good for him and his State. Being forced to join a union and paying dues shouldn't be a condition of obtaining a public job. Some people don't like falling in line and goose stepping to the tune a union boss demands. As long as they show up for work and do the job expected within standards, who they are shouldn't matter. A union tatoo on their forehead shouldn't be one of the requirements.

What so amazes me is, why are liberals so intolerant of those not like them? Also why do they feel people don't have the right to chose?

It's really amazing to me, also. Liberals CLAIM to be the most progressive and tolerant people on the planet, but they are violent and militant if you don't follow their beliefs.

I totally agree, look at how they attacked Walker because he's different than them. Walker actually took a very progessive move to allow workers the freedom of choice and liberals feel workers don't deserve the right to chose, they fell they must fall in line and march to what ever music the union bosses play. Amazing how antiquated the actions of liberals are in their quest to suppress choices and anyone different than them.
