Dildo, the fact is that Bush offered help before Katrina actually hit, it was turned down my the Governor, and the local mayor of NO, and then, after the levies broke, it was offered again, and turned down again. While the media and dishonest shills blamed Bush, the fact, honest truth, is that Bush offered and was turned down.
Even more importantly, NO had a disaster plan that they didn't follow, the didn't stage equipment to repair bridges, etc...
In the case of Sandy, the convenience of the Citizens was taken over the safety of Citizens - they should have turned off the natural gas to entire areas, the electric should have been shut-off at the main breaker in each house....
Oh, and Obama should have actually done something other than wait on FEMA to take more than a week to reach many people, the hardest hit people, he could have done as much as Bush, but he's more interested in screwing America and making friends with Terrorists and Hollywood types than he is in helping the people of Sandy.
