Political discussions about everything

I see Trump raised over 30 million dollars as a result. I also don't think opening up a lawfare precedent for future presidents to use against past presidents is a good idea, but whatever. Being an unjustly convicted felon just earned Trump immense street cred from black Americans too. Hahahaha

RFK Jr is a Democrat with a master's degree plus a JD. Any intelligent person would care about what he said.

As to the sham "trial":

" Alvin Bragg's former colleague and current CNN legal analyst is calling out the rigged Trump case, even accusing Judge Juan Merchan of violating the law.

Elie Honig says the trial "blew his mind" as he called it an "unjustified mess."

"The judge donated money - a tiny amount of $35, but in plain violation of a rule prohibiting New York judges from making political donations of any kind to a pro-Biden, anti-Trump political operation," he wrote in the NY Magazine.

"The charges against Trump are obscure and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor... has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime, against anyone, for anything."

"None. Ever. Even putting aside the specifics of election law, the Manhattan DA itself almost never brings any case in which falsification of business records is the only charge."

"The charges against Trump aren’t just unusual. They’re bespoke, seemingly crafted individually for the former president and nobody else," he said as he called the case "Frankenstein" because it was pieced together.

During a segment on CNN, Honig said his mind was blown when the judge determined that the jury didn't need to know what the other crime Trump committed was.

johnny, you claim to have a JD yourself, and no intelligent person cares what you think either. (Besides, Dr. Jill Biden has a masters and a doctoral degree and you aren't interested in anything she says, so your own idiotic criteria for warranting respect are asinine and only prove my point.)

Your posts on this forum are nothing but ad hominem attacks, swishy prancing about, completely unsupported assertions, outright lies, and the most transparent partisan propaganda geared toward uncritical simple minds. Most of it can be debunked with just a few minutes of research on the internet.

As you regularly prove to us here, a JD is meaningless when it comes to intelligent discussion or rational thought. Invariably you are unable to refute anything anyone says, and when they make a fool of you by pointing out your gross ignorance and lies, you then proceed to shuck and jive and start prancing and strutting about in your Speedo in front of a bunch of men who (unlike you apparently) are straight and don't care any more about your body than they do about your 'mind'. And if not that, you impotently run away from the argument.

No intelligent person cares about that sort of ignorant nonsense from clowns like you OR JFK Jr..

As to the trial on relatively small criminal issues, they also didn't get "the late, great Alphonse Capone" (as Trump calls him) on his really serious crimes either. They couldn't get him for murder and extortion that even a simpleton like yourself knows he committed. Instead, they got him for tax evasion and got him off the streets where he was doing immeasurable harm, just as Trump is doing to America. He has successfully gotten half of America to not trust our electoral system (despite the claim that Republicans have fixed the flaws in the voting system through the hundreds of new laws to mitigate the alleged weaknesses. So even Trump thinks Republicans are incompetent and can't govern.)

Now he has succeeded in getting half of America to not trust our legal system, despite the fact that EVERYONE knows he did break the laws he was convicted under. Even you know he broke those laws and many, many more over the years. But you hold the moronic belief that no Republicans should be prosecuted for breaking laws in New York City; that Republicans are above the law in Democrat-controlled jurisdictions.

So Trump is responsible for destroying two of the most fundamental American values. So much for "Law and order" Republicans. They are now claiming every day that the law is a joke. We've always known that Republican mantra was just expedient political rhetoric, but now Republicans are saying that they hold "Law and Order" in contempt every day.
Imagine what irreparable damage that is doing to America.

Let me clarify for Clowntoker.

A person with low IQ who goes to school will still be a person with a low IQ, and there is much evidence of this including Jill with her EdD and Manchelle et alia.

On the other hand, a bright person who gets some schooling will become a bright person who got schooling.

Now that clarity has been established, it is time for Mr Forbes to do 300 more situps (in sets of 100).

Let me clarify for EVERYONE.

johnforbes did not refute a thing I said. He did say his criteria for having one's opinion respected is that one has a masters degree and a doctoral degree (just as Jill Biden has) but johnforbes does not think we should respect Jill Biden's opinions despite holding those academic letters.

Johnflubs did not repudiate his previous statements, nor did he refute anything I said. He only made a few additional irrelevant statements that do not address my arguments in any way.

Therefore we can only conclude that johnforbes agrees with my statements that expose his glaring stupidity and hypocrisy or else he would have said something to refute them.

He did not do so because johnforbes is a certified imbecile.
