When we've gone there we walk to the circle then continue east to the large driftwood piece near the F-G area. Is this where we should be or should we go further east.

Generally speaking from the F post east is the rule of thumb from my understanding.

We’ve been down a couple times already this year. Just not many folks taking the adventure on down the beach. I’m not sure that’s a bad thing. It has been really enjoyable mainly just the 2 of us.

Thank you for the link. My wife and I were planning to spend some time there in the coming weeks. Sounds like there's no reason to worry about going there for a while.
Hopefully it'll be nice for next season and beyond.

For those that may stop by this thread..
JB is open. The new parking lots are nice.
What used to be the far turnaround where you could
drop off your gear is now a walk path from the old end
of parking. This would make the typical distance walked
with gear a decent bit further.
