U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Bootygood called Chinese spy balloon an “unacceptable intrusion” before continuing to defend President Biden’s response.

Even though the balloon was probably continuing to send data back home as it was permitted to traverse the US, surely Bootygood had plenty of experience -- like Clown -- with unacceptble intrusions.
