Every delay in counting lessens election credibility. This is a bipartisan point because Dems denied the 2000, 2004, 2016, and 2018 elections, and Hillary said Repubs would finagle the 2022 and 2024 elections. America needs rapid counting, and an end to mail ballots with rare exceptions. Jimmy Carter's 2005 report on elections singled out mail ballots as problematic.
