The goal has been clear for a long time -- to bring in massive amounts of illegal aliens and have them overwhelm the American citizens who "cling" as Obama said to religion and guns instead of adopting the cultural Marxism which is ruining the UK, France, Germany, Canada, Aus/NZ, etc
